As a tenured member of the Helsinki Philharmonic since 2023, Liam Mansfield has been performing concerts of the highest caliber under world-reknown conductors and soloists. The orchestra is the oldest orchestra in the Nordics, having been founded in 1882, and premiered the majority of Jean Sibelius’ music. The orchestra performs weekly in Helsinki’s stunning Musikkitalo.

Launched in 2024 by creative director Liam Mansfield, the Aspen String Quartet is an ensemble that aims to break the limitations of classical music culture by promoting progressive programs in innovative spaces. The quartet has collaborated with notable artists, such as Ecco2k.

Centered around providing groundbreaking and diverse musical experiences, Desert Roots is a yearly Chamber Music Festival and String Academy taking place in June in Las Vegas, Nevada. Desert Roots provides free concerts of the highest artistic caliber to the Las Vegas community and aims to cultivate string playing culture in the Southwestern United States. It is run by Festival Director Shakeh Ghoukasian and Creative Director Liam Mansfield.
